Remote roles in software and product

We're recruiting developers and product managers for a Saudi-based company. We read your answers and examples of your work before your CV. Explore the open roles and apply for the one that fits your experience.

How applying works

We'd like to understand how you work. Use examples from your experience; there's no need for a formal cover letter. You can attach a CV and add an introduction video after submitting, if you'd like.

Your answers and CV are used for this recruitment only and are never published.

  1. 01

Pick the role and fill in the form on its page

Your basic details and a link to your work or LinkedIn, then a set of short written questions about how you work. Answering them takes some time and attention.

  2. 02

    We review your application

We read your answers and your work, then your CV if you attached one, and compare them with what the role needs.

  3. 03

We get in touch if the role fits

You receive an email with the next step. The Saudi-based company is the employer; Talent Syria recruits on its behalf.

Who is behind Talent Syria

We are startup cofounders ourselves; building products is what we do every day. The team is led by a software engineer who spent fifteen years as a CTO and holds a Master's in AI and data science. So we read applications the way the people you would actually work with read them: how you think, examples from your work, and how you explain what you built, more than the keywords in a CV. We recruit for companies outside Syria and handle every application ourselves, from the first read to getting in touch.
