Your privacy
What we keep about you, who reads it, and how it is deleted.
What we keep
- What you type into the application: your name, email and phone.
- What you add to your page if you want to: country, city, a link to your work, years of experience, year of birth, education.
- Your skills and the years behind each.
- Your answers to the role’s questions.
- Your CV, your certificate and photo if you upload them, and the link to your video or the line you write instead.
- The campaign tag you arrived through, if there was one.
- Our team’s reading of your profile.
Who reads it
The Talent Syria team, to assess your application. The team uses an AI tool to help read CVs and answers; every decision is made by a person. Nothing is published on the site or sent to anyone outside this recruitment. Files sit in private storage that is not readable from the internet.
The emails you get
A receipt after each application, a sign-in link when you ask for one, and a note from us if we need something from you. No newsletters, no marketing.
How long it stays, and how it is deleted
It stays until you ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you applied with, and we remove your profile, CV, answers and video from every application. What remains is a record with no name and no address: that an application existed, with its date and stage.
The "keep my profile for future roles" box means we write to you if a fitting role opens. You can turn it off from your page any time, without touching your current application.
In your browser
Your browser keeps your application draft, your language, and a small file that keeps you signed in. No third-party measurement on your page.
