Your privacy

• What you type into the application: your name and email, your phone if you enter one, your country, city, link to your work and years of experience.
• Your answers to the role's questions.
• Your CV if you attach one, and the link to your intro video or the line you write instead of it.
• The campaign tag you arrived through, if there was one, so we know where an application came from.

The Talent Syria team, and nobody else. We use it to judge fit for the role you applied to, and for nothing else. Your answers and CV are not public, do not appear on the site, and are not sent to anyone outside this recruitment.

CVs are kept in private storage that is not readable from the internet; the team reaches them only through the review page.

A receipt after each application with your reference, a sign-in link when you ask for one, and a single reminder about the video if days pass without one. We send no newsletters and no marketing.

It stays until you delete it. Open your page, choose "Delete my data" and type your email to confirm. Your profile, CV, answers and videos are then removed from every application, your session ends, and a confirmation reaches you.

One trace remains after deletion, with no name, address or content: that an application existed, with its date and stage. That is what keeps our own counts honest, and it does not point to you.

When you apply for a role, you choose whether we keep your profile after it is decided, so we can write to you if another one fits. That choice is yours alone, and you can withdraw it from your own page at any time without touching your current application.

We keep your application draft in your browser so closing the page does not lose it, the language you chose, and a small file that keeps you signed in to your own page. Your page and the video step carry no third-party measurement of any kind.
