About Talent Syria
A small team recruiting engineers and product people inside Syria to work remotely with companies abroad.
Who reads your application
We are startup cofounders ourselves; building products is what we do every day. The team is led by a software engineer who spent fifteen years as a CTO and holds a Master's in AI and data science.
So we read applications the way the people you would actually work with read them: how you think, examples from your work, and how you explain what you built, more than the keywords in a CV. We handle every application ourselves, from the first read to getting in touch.
Our relationship with the employer
We recruit for companies outside Syria. The company is the employer; we run the search for it. The roles listed now are for a Saudi-based company whose name is not published at this stage.
What we do not do
We do not publish your answers, your CV or your video, and we do not share them outside this recruitment. And we do not promise you a timetable we cannot keep: we write when there is something to say.
