Which company would I work for?

A Saudi-based company whose name is not published at this stage. The company is the employer; we run the search for it and read every application ourselves. The name comes up with you later in the process.

Can I work from inside Syria?

Yes. Every role listed here is remote, and the team you would work with is outside Syria. Syria is on UTC+3 all year, the same as Riyadh, so there is no meaningful time difference.

Do I need a CV?

No. The answers are the application. A CV is optional and we read it after the answers if you attach one. Short and specific is enough, and one example from your work beats a general description.

Is the intro video required?

It is not required, but it is the first thing the team watches when there is one. A minute on your phone is enough, and you can add it later from your page or the link in your receipt email. If you cannot record one, write a line instead.

What happens after I apply?

You get an email with your reference. We read your answers first, then the link to your work, then the CV if you attached one. If the role fits, you hear from us at the same address about the next step.

How do I follow my application?

From your own page. Enter your email on the sign-in page and a link arrives that opens it, with no password. There you see your applications and their stage, add your video, and save a profile that fills in your next application.

How long do you keep my data?

Until you delete it. From your page you can delete everything any time: your profile, CV, answers and videos. All that stays afterwards is that an application existed, with its date and stage, with no name or address.
